Due to the nature of digital products, all sales on Habitloom are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions:
If you face a technical issue or receive the wrong file, email us within 48 hours at care@habitloom.com. We’ll do our best to help.

Chargebacks:
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly.
